Bonheur Ice Cream believes in running a business that is friendly to the environment and that would ensure sustainability of the earth’s resources for future generations.
Our eggs are bought from Apple Tree Organic Farm who passionately believes in ethical farming. Even though only the egg yolk is used in our ice creams, the egg whites go off to become Macarons and the egg shells are washed and then used as a Calcium supplement to our pack of pooches.
The packaging in which the ice creams are bough in are recyclable polystyrene containers. We also recycle the egg boxes and diary bottles. For more information on polystyrene recycling you can visit the Polystyrene Packaging Council’s webpage.
